As a Portfolio Director, Michelle oversees the Education Lab’s cross-project work, focusing largely on communications and fundraising. Prior to working at the Education Lab, Michelle managed the Crime Lab’s evaluation of READI Chicago for five years. Michelle’s previous work experience has been in the nonprofit and corporate sectors.

Michelle holds a Master of Public Policy from the Harris School of Public Policy and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and International Studies from DePaul University.
