Caroline Davidson is a Research Analyst at the Crime Lab and Education Lab, where she primarily performs data processing and statistical analysis for the Personalized Learning Initiative (PLI) and the Policing Leadership Academy (PLA).

Prior to joining the Labs, Caroline taught middle and high school in São Paulo, designed and implemented scalable operational infrastructure for a real asset investment advisory start-up, and interned with the Data Department at the Cook County Assessor’s Office. Caroline holds a Master of Public Policy degree from the University of Chicago with a Certificate in Data Analytics and a BA in Economics and Latin American Studies from Macalester College.
