Eleni Packis is a PhD student in Northwestern University’s Human Development and Social Policy program. Her research is focused on identifying and alleviating educational inequity through public policy.

Prior to being at Northwestern, Eleni worked as a Research Analyst at the University of Chicago Education Lab and a Research Assistant at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. She received her B.S. in Economics and Public Policy Analysis from The Ohio State University.
