Guido Gamboa

Guido Gamboa is a Desktop Support Specialist for the Crime Lab and Education Lab. In this role, Guido assists the staff and the unit with hardware and software troubleshooting, IT-related questions and requests, and the general coordination of IT matters.

Prior to joining the Labs, Guido worked directly with the Chicago Police Department and the City of Chicago as a Desktop Field Technician, providing on-site IT support and repair. Guido holds a BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and a CompTIA A+ certification.
