Matteo Magnaricotte is a Research Director for the Crime Lab and Education Lab. In this role, he oversees research projects related to personalized learning and policing.

Matteo graduated from Northwestern University with a Ph.D. in Economics. An applied microeconomist, he has been a consultant to the Peruvian Ministry of Education and has produced academic work on barriers to access to higher education, education quality, and occupational choices.
