William Morgan is a Research Manager for the Education Lab. As a Research Manager, he works on large-scale policy experiments designed to test the effectiveness of education interventions.

Prior to his time at the Education Lab, William worked in the education non-profit sphere and served as an AmeriCorps member with Communities in Schools — Central Texas. William holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a BA in Sociology from the University of Texas.
